Summer at ZÁTIŠÍ
it is air saturated with the scent of resin, freshly mown grass and grazing cows. After an undisturbed sleep and a hearty breakfast, you can enjoy a morning coffee on the terrace or head out to the surroundings.
HIKING
In the woods behind the area there are marked and unmarked hiking trails with different difficulty. We tried the unmarked ones and drew them on the maps available at the reception.
The Pajndl lookout tower and the Křížový vrch (Cross Hill) are also within walking distance.
By train with the Ore Mountains Semmering you can reach Vlčí jámy, Holubí skály or the PR Oceán. Unique is the pond Rolavský rybník hidden among the moors in the NPR Rolavská vrchoviště.
There are also interesting UNESCO sites in the Ore Mountains.
CYCLING
We are a certified facility for cyclists in the “Cyclists Welcome” program.
We have everything the bikers need – racks, lockable room, first aid kit, basic tools, washer (hose + broom:), laundry, snack packages and MAIN amazing wood trails, paths and gravel roads.
Trail Park Klínovec is 30km from us and can be comfortably reached by bus Nejdek – Boží Dar.
And those who prefer a road bike will certainly find their beautiful asphalt road with a minimum of vehicles.
BATHING
When the weather is more like rolling, you can go down into the valley and laze on the bank of Lesík.
Other popular bathing facilities are the Tatrovice dam, Šindelová pond or Přebuz.
If you are looking for a swimming track or water slides you can find them in Karlovy Vary, Sokolov or Marienberg.
FOR FRUIT TO THE FOREST
If you don’t want to go anywhere or have small children, the forest behind the resort is ideal. Here you will find a shade, a stream of cool water, a comfortable path, sticks and cones to play with. And in the season a lot of mushrooms, blueberries and raspberries.
CITIES
Nejdek is not big, but even Goethe knew him. He drew the Nejdek’s tower and it became eternal.
Karlovy Vary, Mariánské Lázně, Františkovy Lázne – this is a spa triangle that is definitely worth a visit. Those who like historical monuments can visit the monastery in Teplá, Bečov Castle or Loket Castle.
And to escape from the stone world, there is the Ostrov park and a renowned pastry shop in the Old Square :).
